A dark parking lot costs you twice — once in liability, and again in customers who don't feel safe walking to their cars. Able Electrical installs and maintains the exterior lighting that keeps commercial properties bright, secure, and open for business after sunset.
Parking lot pole repair is a specialty: failed heads, damaged bases, underground feed faults, and photocell failures diagnosed and fixed with the equipment to work safely at height. We can also retrofit aging pole fixtures to LED while we're up there, cutting energy and maintenance costs in one visit.
Around the building itself, we install perimeter lighting and wall packs that eliminate the shadowed corners where problems start, plus security floodlights positioned to cover entrances, loading areas, and blind spots — on photocell, timer, or motion control.
Where curb appeal matters, we add landscape accent lighting that makes signage, façades, and entry landscaping look as good at 9 p.m. as they do at noon. All of it on weather-rated, code-compliant circuits built for year-round BC conditions.
