Apprentices aren’t treated like warm bodies. You’ll work beside licensed electricians who explain the why behind the code, sign off on your hours, and expect your work to get cleaner every month. And when the day’s done, it’s done — we put in honest hours and get tools down at a reasonable time, because burnt-out crews don’t do clean work.

Licensed Electrician

Full-TimeSurrey, BC

We're looking for experienced licensed electricians for residential and commercial work. Must have a valid BC license and your own transportation.

Responsibilities

  • Complete residential and commercial electrical work from rough-in to finishing
  • Deliver clean, code-compliant installations and service on active job sites
  • Work independently and alongside crews, communicating clearly with clients and the team
  • Mentor apprentices and uphold Able's standard of quality on every job

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience
  • Valid BC electrical license
  • Own reliable transportation
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and in teams

Apprentice Electrician

Responsibilities

  • Assist licensed electricians on residential and commercial job sites
  • Learn the trade hands-on — wiring, rough-in, finishing, and service work
  • Keep job sites clean, organized, and safe
  • Show up ready to work and take on growing responsibility as your skills develop

Requirements

  • Enrolled in or eligible for apprenticeship program
  • Eager to learn and develop skills
  • Good work ethic and reliability
  • Valid driver's license
