Most electrical hazards give warnings — warm outlets, flickering lights, breakers that trip for no obvious reason. Our safety inspections catch those warnings early. We go through your panel, wiring, grounding, and devices methodically and give you a straight report: what's fine, what's aging, and what needs attention now.
Aging or problematic panels are one of the most common issues we correct in Lower Mainland homes. We replace outdated and undersized panels with modern load centres — properly labelled, properly grounded, with room to grow — and handle the Technical Safety BC permit and inspection as part of the job.
We also bring homes up to current life-safety standards with hardwired smoke and carbon monoxide detector installation, placed and interconnected the way today's BC Building Code requires — so an alarm in the basement wakes you upstairs.
When something does go wrong, our troubleshooting is systematic, not exploratory. We isolate the fault, explain the cause in plain language, and repair it once — correctly.
