A lease clock starts ticking the day you sign, and every week of build-out is a week without revenue. Able Electrical delivers tenant improvement electrical that keeps pace with your opening date — coordinated with your GC, your designer, and the city's inspection schedule.
For offices, we handle complete fit-outs: lighting layouts, workstation power, boardroom AV rough-ins, and panel work sized for how the space will actually be occupied. For retail, we build the display lighting that sells product — track, accent, and feature wall circuits with the switching flexibility to re-merchandise without an electrician.
Restaurant work is its own discipline, and we know it well: high-load kitchen equipment circuits, ventilation interlocks, and the dedicated feeds that commercial cooking lines demand — installed to code and coordinated with your kitchen equipment supplier.
We rough in data and communication cabling alongside the power, so POS, phones, and WiFi go live with the lights. All work is permitted through Technical Safety BC and installed to the BC Electrical Code, with documentation ready for your landlord and your occupancy inspection.
